The automatic candle wick wcrimping tabbing machine is packed in plywood case reinforced by a frame welded with angle steel bars.
The function of a wick cutting machine is to cut the waxed wick into lengths and fasten wicks to metal tabs. The machine is automatic. Wick feed, crimp, and cut are all done in one operation. When there is a shortage of wick or tab, the machine stops automatically. A preset counter automatically shuts it down when the desired quantity is reached. The maximum production speed: 120 pcs/minute, and maximum length of wick is 200 mm. If you want a longer wick, we are glad to adjust the PLC setting of the machine for you.

The wick length and output value is set in the touch panel. PLC automatically adjusts the production speed to match the wick length. You can change the speed, but we recommend against it. With the inferior machines, the operator adjusts the screw on the swinging arm to change the wick length. However, the position change of the screw is not linear to the wick length, so it requires the operator a lot of experience and repeated trials to finally set the wick length.
The sensors accurately detects it when there is a shortage of wick tab or wick, and automatically shut down the machine.
It feeds the wick in the length exactly set in the control box. The inferior machines use belts to feed the wick. When the belts are slack, the wick length will not be accurate.
Invertor and PLC
This is the brain of the machine. The parameters are already set before leaving the factory. Don't change them yourself.

If the wick tabs used by customers are special in dimension or wick length is longer than normal, our general engineer has to adjust the machine design or the parameters of PLC to suit the special wick tabs or wick length.
The machine has hundreds parts. Our production engineer assigns the part-manufacturing tasks to suitable machine tools according to the accuracy requirement of general engineer. He measures the parts to guarantee that they conform with the drawings.
Our assembly workers all have over 40 years of work experience. We are proud of this.
All machines are test run after being assembled. We take photos and videos of testrun for our customers.
We provide detailed operation manuals to teach customers how to operate and maintain the machines. Videos and photos are also provided as a support. We welcome customers to visit us to get trained. Whenever customers have any questions of production of tabbed wicks, we are glad to provide technical support.
All our machines have a one-year warranty.
Spare Parts & Wearing Parts
We usually send some wearing parts and spare parts with the machines. In the warranty period, if the spare parts are not damaged due to the misoperation, they are provided free, and the shipping is free, too. Out of the warranty period, customers have to pay for spare parts and shipping.
