Q: What wick holders do you supply?
A: We supply both common and galvanized steel wick holders. The cold rolled steel sheet is stamped by punching presses into wick holders. These common wick holders sometimes become rusted in humid weather during storage and shipment. Therefore, they have to be cleaned by acid and electroplated with a zinc film for protection. The galvanized wick holders can be stored for over 10 years and as shiny as newly made ones. If you don’t specify, we assume that you order galvanized wick holders.

Q: I can not find the wick holder in your product list. Can you custom manufacture wick holders for me?
A: Yes, we can. However, you will have to pay for the die mold. The cost of one set of die mold is USD2000. When your order quantity reaches 100 million pcs of wick holders, the cost of the die mold can be refunded.
Q: How do you pack the wick holders?
A: The 12.5- mm wick holders are usually packed 2500 pcs/plastic bag, 40 bags/carton.
The 14- mm wick holders are usually packed 2000 pcs/plastic bag, 50 bags/carton.
The 19.5- mm wick holders are usually packed 1000 pcs/plastic bag, 32 bags/carton.

Q: Can you provide us with tabbed wicks?
Yes, we can. We have automatic wick waxing machine and wick cutting and assembling machine to produce tabbed wicks. The wick waxing machine primes cotton wicks with high melt point wax to make them rigid, then they are crimped around metal wick holders and cut into the required length. Tabbed wicks are able to be directly used in in candles.
