Pour the wax into mold cavities, wait until the wax is fully cold to crank out all the pillar candles. The pillar candle machines can be either drrectly wicking or with wick pins.They are compact and druable, and can run 24 hours a day annd 365 days a year. They are usually divided into 4 types according to the candles shape: cylinder pillar, fluted pillar, spiral pillar and star pillar. The mold tubes are made of seamless copper tubes. The builtin cooling water jacket helps the wax to cool faster, increasing the production speed.

The piston heads are usually made of aluminum to be wear-proof.

It is used to make mandrels for drawing the copper mold cavities.
Column Jig Boring Machine
It is for high precision hole making operation.

It is to make the installation holes on the cooling water jacket to install the mold cavities.

Our general engineer studies candle samples or candle drawings provided by customers and makes sure that they can be produced by machines. If not, he makes revision to candle shape or dimension and sends the revised drawing back to customers for approval.
One candle machine has hundreds or even thousands of parts. Our production engineer assigns the part-manufacturing tasks to suitable machine tools according to the accuracy requirement of general engineer. He measures the parts to guarantee that they conform with the drawings.
Our solder welders and assembly workers all have over 20 years of work experience. We are proud of this.
All machines are test run after being assembled. We take photos and videos of testrun for our customers.
We provide detailed operation manuals to teach customers how to operate and maintain the machines. Videos and photos are also provided as a support. We welcome customers to visit us to get trained. Whenever customers have any questions of candle production, we are glad to provide technical support.
All our machines have a one-year warranty.
Spare Parts and Wearing Parts
We usually send some wearing parts and spare parts with the machines. In the warranty period, if the spare parts are not damaged due to the misoperation, they are provided free, and the shipping is free, too. Out of the warranty period, customers have to pay for spare parts and shipping.
